Samson Artistry's goal is to ensure that all appointments run smoothly and in a timely matter. Due to high demand, your appointment time is very valuable and arriving on time is mandatory. A non-refundable deposit of $20 per single service appointment, or 40% of a service package is required upon booking an appointment to confirm your attendance. Your deposit is redeemable towards your total balance on the day of your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrive with a clean face and please make sure that all makeup prior to your appointment has been completely removed (hair must be washed and dried for hair styling services). If you have sensitive skin, and have skin care preferences, you may arrive with your own moisturizer applied.
Pro Tip: For best results, exfoliating and moisturizing your skin the night before your appointment is highly recommended. Do not use astringents or other alcohol based products that may dry out your skin or cause any irritations.
Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned for any cancellations.
TYPHOONS and INCLEMENT WEATHER:
We understand that the weather is unpredictable on the island. In the event of a typhoon or any natural disaster, you may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times with no penalty. A rescheduling fee of $15 will apply after the second reschedule.
Deposit must be paid to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service. Personal U.S. Checks, PayPal, VENMO, Zelle, and Cash (USD or JPY) are accepted forms of payment.
